Additional Capacity Provided by Spacecom to Help Nepal Earthquake Victims


The AMOS satellite constellation operator Spacecom is allotting more of its AMOS-4 capacity positioned at its 65 degrees East orbit to Nepal. Following the catastrophic earthquake on Saturday most service providers are out of action. Spacecom is providing free capacity to emergency services based in Nepal and its surrounding area. In addition the satellite service provider will add more capacity on AMOS-4 for SNG operations in the area so that they can resume business operations quickly.
